Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors was selected to provide site planning, programming, architecture and interior design services for this new, two story medical office building. This new building includes two clinics – a spa clinic and wellness center – on the first floor, along with a bistro. The second floor is dedicated to a new ambulatory surgery center which includes four operating rooms. Each floor totals over 14,500 sq. ft. and is currently in the construction documents phase. This new building will be completed in December 2021.
The first level med spa clinic includes a spacious, beautiful waiting and reception area, a variety of specific procedure rooms, wellness rooms, Physician offices, lab and blood draw areas. This space is developed around an elegant and calming palette that provides a serene and comfortable environment for patients.
