Rice Street Medical Office Building

Mohagen Hansen provided site planning and exterior building design for this multi-tenant building which is fully occupied with two healthcare-related tenants. The building was designed as a single story medical building with one main entrance that leads to two tenant entrances.

This building located at the busy intersection of Rice Street and Como Avenue in St. Paul offers its tenants and patrons off street parking and a well lit site with prominent main entry. The design concept incorporated decorative brick, metal panel details and large windows that allow abundant natural light to flow into the tenant spaces.
