Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors is pleased to announce the following promotions that are an exciting progression of the firm’s succession planning process. As we continue to strengthen our leadership team, we are delighted to share that Roslyn zumBrunnen has been named the newest Principal at Mohagen Hansen. Her leadership alongside Todd Mohagen, Mark L. Hansen and Stephen Oliver, reinforces our commitment to excellence and positions us for continued success in the industry.
Another strategic move is the promotion of three talented, long-time employees, Paul J. Carr, Stacy Collins, and Steve Paetzel to the role of Studio Lead. Each of these individuals has exhibited the dedication, knowledge and leadership skills required for this pivotal role which will contribute to the future success and growth of our firm.
Paul Carr will lead our Workplace and Community Studio. This studio encompasses projects in the Landlord Services/Tenant Improvement, Workplace/Industrial Tenant Improvement, Government, Hospitality/Retail, Financial, Education and Childcare markets.
Stacy Collins will lead our Healthcare and Wellness Studio. Medical projects that encompass specialty clinics, surgery centers, med spas, inpatient facilities, and dental practice groups will take place within this studio.
Steve Paetzel leads the Industrial and Development Studio that will focus on ground-up buildings in the Industrial, Senior Living, Housing, Medical Office, Self-Storage, Build to Suit, and Exterior Rehabilitation/Repositioning market sectors.

Building from a strong leadership foundation established by Owners Todd Mohagen and Mark L. Hansen, these individuals will continue to enhance the firm culture and reinforce the design expertise within each design studio. Together they will extend our reach in the marketplace through new connections, and most importantly maintain the valued relationships that have been forged and strengthened over the past 34 years.
