The design centers on visibility, warmth, and energy. Asignature wood fired pizza oven anchors the dining room, reinforcing themade-from-scratch philosophy and creating a visual and sensory focal point forguests. Exposed ductwork, dark ceilings, and layered lighting lend anindustrial edge, while wood paneling, communal tables, and booth seating softenthe atmosphere and encourage connection. The bold neon “Tono” signage acts asboth a brand statement and a wayfinding element, drawing guests into a spacewhere the kitchen is not hidden, but celebrated.

This project required close collaboration with the foodservice consultant and pizza oven vendor to ensure seamless integration ofequipment within the plan layout. Working within an existing footprint, weoptimized circulation, ordering flow, and pickup areas to support efficiencywithout compromising guest experience. This marks one of eight locations wehave completed for Tono, each reinforcing a consistent identity whileresponding to its unique context.
