Randy’s Environmental Services envisioned a headquarters that would not only support their growing administrative teams but also create a welcoming and inspiring environment for employees and visitors alike. Partnering with Mohagen Hansen, they set out to design a modern office space that blends functionality, flexibility, and a strong connection to nature—reflecting both their operational needs and company culture.
Spanning 20,870 square feet, the new office building offers a seamless mix of open and private workspaces tailored for the Call Center, Executive Offices, IT, Sales, Accounting, and HR teams. A striking two-story entry greets guests with a signature feature wall and a well-appointed reception area, setting the tone for the experience within. Designed for both present needs and future expansion, the space includes large conference rooms, a welcoming breakroom, and strategically placed small meeting areas to encourage daily collaboration. Nestled within a wooded site, the building allows employees to stay connected to nature, with wildlife visible just beyond the windows. Inside, natural materials and a warm, neutral palette bring an organic, sophisticated feel—creating an office environment that is both refined and inviting.
