Faced with the limitations of their previous facility, Omnetics partnered with Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors to create a space that supports their specialized manufacturing processes and fosters a collaborative work environment. The design includes 45,000 square feet of office space, 59,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing, and an 18,000-square-foot warehouse. Key features include relocating private offices to the building's center to maximize natural light, introducing brand-aligned finishes, and creating respite areas like quiet rooms and a spacious breakroom with varied seating options. These elements collectively contribute to a workspace that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
