Nathan Lane Business Center
Plymouth, MN
Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors provided site planning and architectural design services for the Nathan Lane Business Center, an 89,707-square-foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse facility designed to balance operational efficiency with a strong architectural presence. Originally envisioned as a speculative development, the building was thoughtfully planned with the flexibility to adapt to a future tenant—allowing the project to transition seamlessly into a customized solution for a specific end user without compromising schedule or performance. Site planning prioritized functional separation and efficiency, locating loading docks and service operations at the rear of the building to support smooth logistics while preserving a clean, welcoming public frontage. Architectural emphasis was placed on the main entry, creating a clear sense of arrival and identity that elevates the building beyond a typical industrial facility. Designed to accommodate approximately 120 employees, the interior layout integrates office, manufacturing, and warehouse functions to support productivity, collaboration, and long-term operational growth.
