Located on the eighth floor of the Infor Commons building in St. Paul, MRO’s office renovation and expansion brought their total space to 25,400 square feet. While the original suite maintained much of its architectural integrity, it was revitalized with fresh finishes and updated furniture to enhance the employee experience. The newly added space was strategically designed to optimize department adjacencies while introducing flexible work zones, vibrant collaboration areas, and an inviting breakroom. Through a space programming and visioning process, Mohagen Hansen worked closely with MRO to integrate their branding and workplace culture into the design, resulting in a cohesive, functional, and inspiring office environment.
