Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors partnered with Fairway Property Management to bring a new level of thoughtful, community-focused design to the heart of St. Paul, Minnesota. This urban infill development seamlessly integrates modern living into an established neighborhood, enhancing the local fabric while addressing the growing demand for quality multifamily housing near the University of St. Thomas.

The development comprises two distinct residential buildings: Finn Street Flats, a three-story complex featuring 50 well-appointed units, and Marshall Lofts, a more intimate collection of 9 two-story units. Both buildings include secure underground parking and are thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics. Mohagen Hansen provided comprehensive services—including planning, architectural design, and interiors—with a focus on creating a strong sense of place that supports a dynamic mix of residents.
