Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors partnered with Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG), a leading independent, physician-owned multi-specialty practice, to strategically evaluate the future of their surgery center. Through an in-depth feasibility study, our team explored multiple renovation and expansion scenarios. Ultimately, it was determined that a new, state-of-the-art facility would provide the most functional, financial, and long-term benefits.
As a result, JCMG is moving forward with a brand-new, 28,500-square-foot freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center, designed to enhance surgical capabilities and accommodate future growth. The cutting-edge facility will feature five advanced Operating Rooms, two Endoscopy Suites, and a dedicated Procedure Room—delivering an optimized environment for both patients and surgical teams.
Strategically located within two miles of JCMG’s existing medical campus, the new facility offers seamless accessibility for patients, physicians, and staff while reinforcing the group’s commitment to innovation and exceptional care.
