The project encompassed meticulous site planning, architectural design, and interior build-out to create a cohesive environment tailored for heavy vehicle maintenance. Key features include six expansive service bays, a dedicated wash bay, specialized parts storage, and thoughtfully designed office spaces. The structural integrity is ensured through the use of structural-insulated precast concrete exterior walls, steel interior columns, and open web steel roof joists, complemented by a curtainwall and storefront window system that invites natural light into the workspace.
