For Highland Bank’s location in Minnetonka, we designed a sleek, tech-forward space that redefines the traditional banking experience. Located on the first floor of a mixed-use development, this branch embraces a customer-centric approach with self-service kiosks, walk-up banking desks, and semi-private enclaves for more personalized conversations—all within an open, airy floor plan.
Ditching the traditional teller line, this design supports the “Universal Banker” model, where cross-trained employees can assist with any transaction while maintaining clear sightlines to proactively serve customers. The result? A dynamic, efficient, and welcoming space that brings banking into the future.
