Their move to the Northern Stacks development in Fridley, MN, was driven by a strategic need for accessibility, growth, and a modern facility that could seamlessly integrate manufacturing, warehousing, and office operations.
Spanning nearly 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 14,500 square feet of warehouse capacity, and over 18,000 square feet of office space, the new facility is a hub for precision and productivity. Mohagen Hansen collaborated closely with Heraeus to align the design with their international branding standards established at their headquarters in Hanau, Germany. The result is a sleek, European-inspired workplace with clean lines, a neutral color palette, and a highly functional open-office layout. Thoughtfully placed collaboration zones and touch-down work areas encourage teamwork, while a spacious breakroom provides a welcoming retreat for employees. By integrating modern furniture solutions and flexible workspaces, the design fosters a culture of connection and innovation.
