To transform the existing fifth and sixth-floor office space into a dynamic client service operations environment, significant interior renovations were undertaken. Working within the County’s established finish standards, the design team employed creative space planning and thoughtful design strategies to enhance functionality, accessibility, and security—ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for clients and staff alike.

As part of Hennepin County’s strategic initiative to establish service center hubs throughout the metro area, the Central Northeast Minneapolis Regional Hub provides critical resources, including intake and assessment, financial assistance, healthcare programs, child and adult protection services, and ongoing case management. Additionally, the hub offers specialized services such as Emergency Assistance, Shelter support, and a WIC clinic, reinforcing the County’s commitment to comprehensive community outreach in a safe and secure setting.
