Working in collaboration with Ryan Companies on the building shell, Mohagen|Hansen led the complete interior design and space planning for CSI’s new headquarters. The design supports a dynamic mix of workstyles and operational needs, including expansive office areas, specialized cleanrooms and laboratories, and dedicated zones for manufacturing, storage, and employee wellness. Every aspect of the interior layout is shaped by CSI’s mission and the flow of their work—balancing security and flexibility with an open, employee-centered environment. Emphasis was placed on streamlining the movement of people, processes, and information, creating a space that is as efficient as it is inspiring.
