Because pre-design and schematic design phases had been initiated through work contracted by the landlord, the Mohagen Hansen team quickly mobilized to review, validate, and build upon the previous work. This proactive approach allowed the team to move forward with efficiency while aligning the final design with the client’s operational needs and patient care standards. Resulting clinic layout includes a bright, glass-lined reception area with views to the skyway, four open operatories with integrated headwalls, and one enclosed operatory for added flexibility. Supporting spaces include a sterilization center, lab, breakroom, consult area, and physician’s office.
