Empowering the Future: Agralite Electric Cooperative Headquarters
Agralite Electric Cooperative partnered with Mohagen Hansen to design a forward-looking headquarters that reflects their long-standing commitment to service, efficiency, and community. This project replaces an outdated facility with a modern, high-performance building designed to meet the cooperative’s operational needs today, and well into the future. The new headquarters will be a cornerstone for Agralite’s next 60+ years.
With critical operations requiring uninterrupted functionality, the existing site provided the perfect foundation for a seamless transition. The design strikes a deliberate balance between functionality and restraint; delivering a strong, enduring presence that supports future growth while remaining grounded in fiscal responsibility. Key priorities for the new facility include in-floor heating, a dedicated vehicle wash bay with hoist, and expanded capacity to support staff and operations. Above all, the building is designed with people in mind. From generous natural light to collaborative conference spaces, every element supports staff well-being, productivity, and long-term satisfaction.
