About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Interior Designer: Level I to join our Interior Design team. This entry‑level role supports project teams in developing interior design concepts, producing drawings, preparing finish and furniture selections, and contributing to project documentation through all design phases. This is an excellent opportunity for a new designer looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts, finish palettes, and furniture selections

• Assist in collecting client space requirements and preparing space programming and adjacency diagrams
• Conduct and document accurate as-built field measurements
• Help produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications in Revit/AutoCAD
• Assist with furniture specifications and coordinate with furniture vendors
• Review and process shop drawings under supervision
• Prepare graphic presentations for client meetings and design reviews
• Support timely delivery of design documents aligned with project milestones
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and products, including the materials resource library
• Support construction administration as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s  degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program
• 0-5 years of commercial interior design experience, including furniture applications.
• Working knowledge of Revit, with strong ability to produce 3D design presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or Bluebeam experience
• Experience with BIM 360 or other collaborative platforms
• LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing
• Pursuit of NCIDQ certification

Work Authorization

Compensation Range

•   $55,000 - $65,000/annually
