We are seeking an experienced Designer: Level II to join our growing team. This role supports, space planning, conceptual design, material and finish selections, and production of construction documents across both interior architecture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical expertise, relationship building skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects run concurrently.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Designer: Level II to join our growing team. This role supports, space planning, conceptual design, material and finish selections, and production of construction documents across both interior architecture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical expertise, relationship building skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects run concurrently.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop creative design concepts and architecture/interior design solutions
  • Prepare Revit models, drawings, and construction documents
  • Develop color/finish palettes, material selections, and furniture specifications
  • Assist with programming, space planning, site planning, and zoning/code analysis
  • Conduct site verification and develop adjacency diagrams, block plans, and layouts
  • Support 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations
  • Participate in client discussions and incorporate design feedback
  • Support construction administration tasks (shop drawings, RFIs, SIs, submittals)
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants, furniture vendors, and project team members
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative design culture

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (CIDA-accredited program for Interior Design)
  • 5+ years of architecture or commercial interior design experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple project activities
  • Strong Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp skills
  • Experience with space planning, site planning,
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks independently
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and design skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, or AdobeCreative Suite
  • Construction administration experience
  • Furniture specification and commercial procurementexperience
  • LEED, NCIDQ, or WELL credentials

Work Authorization

Compensation Range

$65,000-72,000/annually.
