We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer III to join our growing Architectural Design team. This role supports the planning, design, and documentation of architectural projects—including master planning, site planning, building programming, conceptual design, and construction documentation—working under the general supervision of Principals, Studio Leaders, Project Managers, and Senior Architects. The ideal candidate brings strong design and technical skills along with experience managing moderate-risk, multi-phase projects, including those with higher levels of complexity. You will play an active role in design problem-solving, client interaction, and project coordination.

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer III to join our growing Architectural Design team. This role supports the planning, design, and documentation of architectural projects—including master planning, site planning, building programming, conceptual design, and construction documentation—working under the general supervision of Principals, Studio Leaders, Project Managers, and Senior Architects. The ideal candidate brings strong design and technical skills along with experience managing moderate-risk, multi-phase projects, including those with higher levels of complexity. You will play an active role in design problem-solving, client interaction, and project coordination.
What You’ll Do
· Develop creative design concepts and translate them into well-coordinated architectural solutions
· Prepare and produce Revit models and drawings for design development and construction documentation
· Participate in client discussions to review design direction, clarify project needs, and propose design solutions
· Assist with master planning, site planning, building planning, programming, schematic concepts, design development, and documentation
· Support conceptual and schematic design phases through 2D and 3D modeling, renderings, and digital presentations
· Conduct zoning reviews and analyze building codes to ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements
· Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings, maintaining submittal logs, responding to RFIs, and preparing SIs and CCDs
· Prepare material boards and graphic presentations for internal and client review
· Coordinate architectural designs with engineering consultants and specialty designers
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and architectural experience
· Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience managing project tasks or coordinating multiple project activities
· Experience in site planning, zoning analysis, and building code research
· Proficient in Revit
· Strong understanding of architectural principles, concepts, and practices
Bonus Points:
· Experience with construction administration
· Working knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or other rendering/visualization tools
· LEED accreditation (or willingness to pursue)

Compensation Range
$80,000-90,000/annually.
