Architect II

We are seeking a talented Architect: Level II to join our growing Architectural team. This role develops architectural design concepts and leads the progression of those concepts into presentation and construction documentation, working under the general supervision of Principals, Studio Leaders, Project Managers, and Senior Architects. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and creative leadership across multiple phases of moderate-risk, multi-phase architecture projects. You will participate in planning efforts, design development, and project coordination while providing licensed architectural expertise to the project team.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Architect: Level II to join our growing Architectural team. This role develops architectural design concepts and leads the progression of those concepts into presentation and construction documentation, working under the general supervision of Principals, Studio Leaders, Project Managers, and Senior Architects. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and creative leadership across multiple phases of moderate-risk, multi-phase architecture projects. You will participate in planning efforts, design development, and project coordination while providing licensed architectural expertise to the project team.

What You’ll Do

· Develop creative architectural design concepts for a variety of client projects

· Prepare and produce Revit models and CAD drawings for schematic concepts, design development, and construction documentation

· Collaborate with clients to understand design needs, evaluate options, and develop architectural solutions

· Assist with master planning, site planning, building planning, and related documentation

· Produce 2D and 3D models and digital presentations to support design concepts

· Perform design computations, prepare specifications, and compile data for architectural assignments

· Assist with construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings, maintaining submittal logs, responding to RFIs, and issuing change directives

· Prepare finished material boards and graphic presentation packages for client approval

· Coordinate with engineering disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) and external consultants

· Conduct zoning reviews and research building codes to ensure compliance with applicable standards

· Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration

What You Bring

· Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree

· Licensed Architect

· Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience managing project tasks or components

· Experience in site planning, zoning analysis, and comprehensive project development

· Proficiency with Revit

Bonus Points:

· Working knowledge of Lumion, Bluebeam, and related rendering or visualization tools

· Construction administration experience

· LEED accreditation (or interest in pursuing)

Compensation Range

$80,000-95,000/annually.
