Mohagen/Hansen Architectural Group has a vast knowledge of the issues surrounding office/warehouse buildings design. Emphasis must be shared equally among the office portion of the business and the functionality and accessibility to the warehouse portion. The office suite needs to be easily recognizable. Once in the office space it must reflect the image and goals of the company to its clients and visitors. The warehouse also must function properly allowing enough space for incoming and outgoing shipments. Loading docks must be spaced in such a way that allows for the proper turning radius. Signage and accessibility greatly impact the success of the loading dock area.
