Although we have our major market segments that we have built a portfolio and expertise within, from time to time, other projects come along that are unique and don’t exactly fit within any of those area. This is where you will find those projects. However, this portfolio also highlights unique renovation projects that made use of existing structures. We feel that this type of project will become more prevalant as the economy adjusts in the coming years.
