Holly Hoglund-Klein Service Center

Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors was selected to provide site planning, building shell and interior build-out for this consolidation replacement facility which consists of a 26,197 sq. ft., two-story office and industrial building that is used for servicing of buses and trucks. The project includes a new building, which has been designed with an approximate 19 feet clear-height below the structure for vehicle lifting and servicing. The project also includes the design of six service bays, one wash bay, office spaces, parts storage, and a guest service area.

The building consists of structural-insulated precast concrete exterior walls, steel interior columns, and steel floor and roof beams. Additionally the service center has open web steel roof joists, a second level composite floor deck, a metal roof deck and curtainwall, and storefront window systems. The project is in its final stages, and the service center is expected to be operational this month.
