Qualified candidates for this newly-created position will possess a relevant BS/BA degree and a minimum of five years of human resources experience. SPHR certification is also preferred.  

The part-time HR Generalist will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of all Human Resources programs, policies, practices and procedures.  The scope of responsibility for this role encompasses HR services such as recruitment, benefits administration, new hire orientation, creation of employee job descriptions, performance management, employee relations, workers’ compensation, as well as ensuring compliance with all HR related laws and governmental requirements.

Interior Designer
Minneapolis, MN

Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors is a leading design firm that is recognized for offering its clients a seamless approach to architecture and interior design in a highly collaborative environment.   We have an immediate opening for an Interior Designer with 5-10 years of experience.  Qualified candidates are required to have a BS/BA in Interior Design, candidates must also have LEED AP, NCIDQ and CID certification, or the ability to become certified.  Membership or interest in participation in professional organizations is desirable. 

The ideal candidate is recognized as a strong professional within the design industry who is passionate about creating unique corporate and healthcare environments that allow clients to do their best work.  This leadership position involves direct management of client relationships, as well as project management services. Experience communicating directly with clients, and assistance in the development of new clients is a definite plus! The applicant should be highly motivated and have the ability to balance several projects and deadlines while working independently and as a member of a team.  Mohagen Hansen provides Innovative Design and develops Lasting Relationships with our clients therefore, strong communication and proven client service capabilities are a must.

The applicant should possess the following technical qualities: 

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture 2017, Revit and Sketch-Up.
  • Experience in Lumion, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite is a definite plus.
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously

Healthcare Project Manager / Project Architect

Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors, an award-winning planning, architecture, and interior design firm, has a full-time position available for a Healthcare Architect/Project Manager.  This leadership position involves direct management of client relationships, as well as project management services related to multidisciplinary project teams. The position also entails overseeing architectural planning and design on a variety of healthcare projects including inpatient facilities, specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical office buildings.  

We are looking for a creative and energetic person to oversee all phases of the medical planning and design process.  The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minimum of a 10+ years of healthcare planning and design experience, as well as have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit documentation, production, and coordination.  Experience with the direct communication with clients, and assistance in the development of new clients is a definite plus! Housing Project Manager/Project Architect

Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors, an award-winning planning, architecture and interior design firm, has a full-time position available for a Project Manager/Project Architect, specializing in multi-family housing design experience, including podium construction.  This position requires work history in multi-family housing, proficiency in site planning and concept design, design skills and graphic presentation, and technical competence in construction documentation and detailing. The candidate must also have a well-developed knowledge of building codes and product specification methods, a working knowledge of engineering systems, and the ability to communicate with other design disciplines.  Because you will be working directly with clients, we also require excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Architectural Intern
